The entry form of liner ordinary differential equations and linear systems with polynomial coefficients involves a broad arbitrariness, which in its turn strongly affects the simplicity of manipulations with these equations, for instance, establishment of a relation: linear system - Painleve type.equation. This relation itself can be traced in terms of isomonodromic deformations or "antiquantization".  

The experience of the author and his collaborators on  the choice of an appropriate
"basic" form of a linear system and on the problem of related symmetries will be presented in the talk

Запись линейных обыкновенных дифференциальных уравнений и линейных систем с полиномиальными коэффициентами содержит большой произвол, который в значительной мере влияет на простоту выкладок с этими уравнениями, например, при установление связи: линейная система - нелинейное уравнение типа Пенлеве. Сама эта связь может быть прослежена в терминах изоморфных деформаций или " антиквантования".

В докладе отражен опыт докладчика и его соавторов на  выбор некоторой "базисной" формы системы ОДУ и на решение вопроса о связанных симметриях.

===== 11-TH WORKSHOP ON COMPUTER ALGEBRA (DUBNA 2007)=====

The 11-th two-day workshop on Computer Algebra will be held on May 24-25, 2007. This workshop is a traditional joint meeting of The Seminar on Computer Algebra of Moscow State University with the Seminar on Computational and Applied Mathematics of the Laboratory of Information Technologies of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. It is the continuation of a series of workshops which started in 1997 by Computer Science Faculty of MSU, Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics of MSU and Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. The workshop is conceived with the purpose of presenting topics of current interest and providing a stimulating environment for scientific discussion on new developments in computer algebra.

The participation will take place BY REQUESTS only. Participants have to fill the following forms (including abstracts and personal data) in Russian and English (see bellow). The requests should be sent to Mrs. Alla Bogolubskaya (abogol at jinr.ru), NOT LATER than May 14.

The duration of reports is 20 mins including discussion. Participants who plan to visit Dubna for one day only should inform Alla Bogolubskaya about preferable date of the visit.

The language of the Workshop is English and Russian.

For arranging visas participants are kindly requested to send as soon as possible Mrs. Alla Bogolubskaya by either E-mail:abogol at jinr.ru or fax: 7 49621 65145 the following information.

===== Computer algebra matrix methods for parallel computers =====

The report is dedicated the block matrix algorithms for compute adjoint and 
inverse matrices and complexity estimation for computations with sparse 
matrices.  We propose two algorithms for computing inverse  matrices over 
the field and an algorithm for computing adjoint matrix and determinant over 
the commutative domain. These algorithms are block recursive and they have 
the same complexity as matrix multiplication. Algorithm for computing 
adjoint matrix may have cubic complexity in a worst case.

Two new sparse storage schemes for parallel computations with large sparse 
matrices are proposed. They are based on tree-like storage scheme for 
matrices. This scheme are based on matrix block recursive decomposition. The 
experimental results are adduced.

The approach for complexity estimation of algorithms for sparse matrices is 
proposed. Complexity for four algorithms of sparse matrix multiplications 
over the sparse polynomials are adduced together with the results of 
experiments.

**Матричные методы компьютерной алгебры для параллельных вычислительных систем**

Доклад посвящен блочным матричным алгоритмам вычисления присоединенных и 
обратных матриц и оценкам сложности вычислений с разреженными матрицами. 
Предлагается алгоритм вычисления присоединенной матрицы и определителя над 
коммутативной областью  и два алгоритма обращения для матриц над полем. Эти 
алгоритмы блочные, рекурсивные и имеют сложность матричного умножения. 
Алгоритм вычисления присоединенной матрицы в худшем случае может иметь 
кубическую сложность.

Предлагаются новые способы кодирования матриц для параллельных вычислений с 
большими разреженными матрицами. Они основаны на древовидной схеме хранения 
матриц, предполагающей рекурсивное дихотомическое разбиение на блоки. 
Приводятся результаты экспериментов.

Предлагается способ оценки сложности алгоритмов для разреженных матриц. 
Приводятся оценки сложности для четырех алгоритмов умножения разреженных 
матриц над разреженными полиномами и результаты вычислительных 
экспериментов.

===== Admissible Orderings and Standard Bases of Differential Ideals =====

We consider differential standard bases (DSB for short) of ideals in an ordinary ring of differential polynomials (also known as differential Groebner bases). They were introduced in late 1980-s by G. Carra Ferro and F. Ollivier. Finite DSBs are similar to Groebner bases of polynomial ideals. 

Particularly, they can be used to test the membership to differential ideals. We extend the notion of admissible ordering on differential monomials. This allows us to build finite DSBs of ideals that did not have finite DSB before. We study the relations between classes of orderings and prove finiteness criteria in terms of these classes. We also consider differential standard bases under composition. We present the algorithm that 
computes delta-lexicographical DSB of an ideal if it is finite.

**Допустимые упорядочения и стандартные базисы дифференциальных идеалов**

В докладе рассматриваются дифференциальные стандартные базисы (ДСБ) идеалов в обыкновенном кольце дифференциальных многочленов (дифференциальные базисы Гребнера). Они были введены в конце 1980-х годов Дж. Карра Ферро и Фр. Оливье. Конечные ДСБ играют роль, аналогичную роли базисов Гребнера в 
полиномиальной алгебре и, в частности, позволяют решать задачу принадлежности идеалу. 

В докладе будет расширено понятие допустимого упорядочения на дифференциальных мономах. В результате будут построены конечные ДСБ у идеалов, про которые ранее считалось, что они не обладают конечным стандарным базисом. Будут изучены связи между классами допустимых упорядочений, и в терминах этих классов будут сформулированы критерии конечности ДСБ. Также будет рассмотрено поведение ДСБ при композиции многочленов. Будет представлен алгоритм, вычисляющий дельта-лексикографический ДСБ в случае его конечности.

Central issues of the Dirac constraint formalism are discussed in relation to the algorithmic methods of commutative algebra based on the Groebner basis techniques. For a wide class of finite dimensional polynomial degenerate Lagrangian systems, we describe an algorithmic scheme of computation of the complete set of constraints, their  separation into subsets of first and second class constraints as well as the construction of a generator of local symmetry transformations.

**Об алгоритмизации формализма Дирака для систем со связями**

В докладе будут рассмотрены вопросы алгоритмизации известного формализма Дирака для систем со связями. Мы покажем, как для широкого класса конечномерных динамических систем с вырожденными лагранжианами, полиномиально зависящими от координат и скоростей метод коммутативных базисов Гребнера позволяет вычислять полный набор связей, разделять их на связи первого и второго рода и строить генератор локальных преобразований симметрии.


===== Quantum mechanics with non-negative quantum distribution function, realization's difficulties and possible applications. =====

Quantum mechanics with non-negative quantum distribution function is a consistent probabilistic mathematical model  of quantum description  of a system having as a classical prototype a Hamiltonian system on phase space. Quantization is defined by integral transformation with square-integrable kernel  on the mocking space isomorphic to phase space. This model has two equivalent realizations: as an operator algebra on the rigged Hilbert space and as an algebra of functions on phase space with product modifying Moyal's star product.

In the work we propose an analytical calculations of Hamiltonian operators of (hydrogen-like) alkaline atoms and investigate theoretically and numerically the spectra of obtained operators. The coincidence with experimental spectra of ground and excited states of optical electron of 
hydrogen, lithium, sodium and potassium atoms confirms the model's validity.

**Квантовая механика с неотрицательной квантовой функцией распределения, сложности реализации и возможности применения.**

Квантовая механика с неотрицательной квантовой функцией распределения является последовательно вероятностной математической моделью квантового описания системы, имеющей своим прототипом гамильтонову систему на фазовом пространстве. Квантование задается интегральным преобразованием с квадратично-интегрируемым ядром на изображающем пространстве, изоморфном фазовому. Данная модель допускает две эквивалентные реализации: в виде операторной алгебры в оснащенном гильбертовом пространстве и в виде алгебры функций на фазовом пространстве с операцией, модифицирующей звездочное произведение Мойала.

В докладе предлагается аналитическое вычисление операторов Гамильтона (водородоподобных) атомов щелочных металлов, теоретическое и численное исследование спектра получающихся операторов. Обоснованность модели проверена согласием с экспериментальными спектрами основного и возбужденных состояний валентного электрона атомов водорода, лития, натрия, 
калия.

We consider a special case of the Euler--Poisson system of equations,
describing motion of a rigid body around a fixed point. We find 44 sets of
stationary solutions near which the system is locally integrable. 10 of them
are real.

Рассматривается специальный случай системы уравнений Эйлера-Пуассона, 
опиисывающей движения тяжелого твердого тела вокруг закрепленной точки. 
Найдено 44 множества неподвижных решений, в окрестности которых система 
локально интегрируема. 10 из них -- вещественные.
