After blind peer review, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings as a special issue of the journal Moscow University Physics Bulletin. Physics series in 2025 in both electronic and paper form. The journal is published in English by Springer and indexed in the databases WoS and Scopus and is included in the Russian index RCSI too.

We invite three types of submissions (approximately):

• INVITED PAPERS are of a review nature, which may contain significant original results (until 30 pages).
• REGULAR PAPERS describe research not published or submitted elsewhere (12-15 pages).
• SHORT PAPERS may be position papers, descriptions of research prospects, challenges, projects, ongoing works, or applications (5-9 pages).

The full scope of the article is indicated, including title, references and all appendices.

The final deadline for accepting articles for the conference proceedings is August 11, 2025. Articles received after this date will not be considered./Important. The title of the article should be the same as in the conference program. Теперь новый проект можно редактировать. - Шаблон не изменять. Не вводить собственные команды для переопределения существующих команд Latex. - Ссылку на проект с вашей статьей вы сможете скопировать из выпадающего окна раздела Share (меню в верхнем левом углу). - Отправить материалы через сайт коференции 'Отправить статью на рецензию', в том числе ZIP-архив со всеми необходимыми для сборки файлами статьи (tex, pdf, файлы рисунков). // Не используйте BibTeX.
